Job Decriptions

1. Lead daily warehouse and contract logistics operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow and on-timefulfillment
2. Managing budget, cost centers, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
3. Manage, train, and develop operations teams to drive performance and engagement
4. Working closing with compliance team to drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control
5. Oversee customer service delivery, ensuring contractual and service level commitments are met
6. Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, including performance reviews and issue resolution
7. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and internal operational standards
8. Use warehouse systems and operational data to support performance monitoring and decision-making
9. Coordinate transportation planning, resource allocation, and billing accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Contract Logistics Management
• 10+ years of extensive experience in contract logistics
• Strong ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
• Proficient in data analysis to identify bottlenecks and cost-saving opportunities, often using systems like SAP.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance under pressure.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
