Job Summary
Executing daily contract management and verification work flow and other related support services as directed.
Job Responsibilities
- Compiling and verifying contract details based on original contracts duly signed received (e.g. TGS, RAV, RAS, OneRate Agreements & etc.)
- Accurate and timely updating of contract master data in SAP including contract extension, amendments to contracts and cancellation of contract.
- Verify contract details updated in SAP to ensure contract data accuracy.
- Respond and attend internal enquiries through ticketing system in BA Helpdesk.
- Liaising with other relevant departments in follow-up actions for any contracts related issues
- Prepare monthly report for monitoring contracts related KPI performance
- Assist superior in maintaining effective Contracts Management System and Contracts Database including systematic filing of Original contracts, Sales Confirmation Order Form, Delivery Note, User Training Checklist & any other important contracts related documents and correspondence.
- Monitoring, checking and suspending suppliers and services for customers with long outstanding contracts or account is long overdue.
- Guide and assisting clerical assistants in handling any contract related issues or enquiries from internal or external customers.
- To carry out any other duties or special task or Ad Hoc Assignment as required by Manager in other aspects of contract management operations
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Computer Science or other related Business Field
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Good command in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with SAP knowledge/ RPA/ minor programming will be an added advantage
- Must be able to handle high volume of transactions & emails
- Pro-active and has good time management skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- Organized, meticulous and has attention to detail
- Able to communicate and work effectively with internal stakeholders
