Job Description
- Lead high-value hyperscale data centre projects in Cyberjaya. High impact, top packages & real growth.
- Lead contracts, claims, and risk for high-value hyperscale data centre projects across CSA and MEP packages.
- Contract Admin: Enforce FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke contract terms across project lifecycles.
- Claims & Disputes: Assess EOTs, negotiate cost claims, and resolve MEP package disputes.
- Procurement: Draft contract terms and evaluate bids for HVAC, UPS, generators, and MV/LV systems.
- Risk Control: Identify exposure early and enforce proactive risk mitigation.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Direct key contract decisions between client, PMC, and contractors.
- Degree in QS, Construction Management, or Engineering.
- 10+ years in construction contract management.
- Direct experience on data centre or mission-critical projects.
- Expertise in FIDIC, NEC, or complex bespoke contracts.
- Proven track record resolving major MEP claims.
