Develop and lead contract strategy for key IT tenders, including drafting and negotiating complex commercial and legal terms.
Manage the entire post-contract lifecycle, including vendor performance against contractual obligations, deliverable tracking, and risk management.
Lead the Vendor Relationship Management program, establishing governance frameworks and conducting regular performance reviews to drive continuous value and innovation.
Act as the primary point of escalation for all commercial and contractual disputes, leading resolution with internal and external stakeholders. Provide expert commercial and contractual advice to business units, ensuring stakeholder requirements are protected in all agreements.
Manage contract changes, renewals, and amendments, ensuring continued alignment with Maxis's strategic and financial objectives.
Ensure contract entitlements and obligations are clearly communicated and understood by all internal stakeholders.
