As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Contractor Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring contractors have a seamless and positive experience throughout their assignments.
This is a business critical role and would suit someone coming from a candidate focused recruitment role within a contract agency environment OR someone with exposure to Asia and Pacific labour laws alongside strong customer service and organisation/administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Contractor Care Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of contractor support and logistics. Your responsibilities will include:
Contractor Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for contractors, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Regularly check in to meet their needs and offer support via phone and email.
- Coordinate timesheet submissions, ensure timely approvals, and manage contractor expenses with proper documentation.
- Organise welcome calls for new contractors and assist with pre-assignment queries.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and location changes, in collaboration with payroll teams. Monitor feedback to improve service.
Database Management:
- Manage contract extensions and upload documentation to the CRM (Bullhorn).
- Keep contractor records current.
- Perform routine system audits for accuracy.
Logistics:
Coordinate visa, work permit applications, and travel logistics for contractors, ensuring mobilization and demobilization with client approvals.
Ad Hoc:
Share potential leads and candidates with the sales team and assist with additional duties as assigned by your manager
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in contractor care, contractor management, or customer service.
- Experience in contract recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive issue management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
