Iron Mountain is seeking an strategic Contracts Specialist to join our Global Commercial Support Services team.
In this role, you'll serve as the essential link between our Sales operations and legal frameworks, turning complex requirements into sound, executable agreements. You will have the opportunity to directly create sales capacity and drive deal velocity while safeguarding our business standards. Working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, your sharp contractual insight will help protect our assets and unlock new value for our enterprise clients.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Manage full lifecycle contract drafting and review: Prepare Master Services Agreements, Amendments, pricing schedules, and SOWs with strong legal and commercial precision.
- Resolve operational and contractual gaps: Identify business specification disparities in sales requests and proactively partner with internal owners to negotiate viable solutions.
- Guide non-standard terms: Edit contracts to incorporate customized language after securing appropriate business, financial, and legal approvals.
- Maintain operational speed: Execute contracts within established SLAs while balancing customer expectations with internal risk mitigation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Coordinate with Legal, Product Management, Finance, and Sales leadership to align contract terms with organizational strategy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of progressive contracts administration experience, directly supporting commercial Sales teams in a services or technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of standard contract provisions (e.g., liability, confidentiality, indemnity) and foundational legal concepts for SaaS and software licensing.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational specifications into clear, legally sound SOWs and agreements.
- Proven ability in cross-functional stakeholder management, project execution, and negotiating solutions within large matrix organizations.
- A 3-year college degree or equivalent practical experience; fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
