The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our dynamic Media Lab team (Marketing Science). Reporting directly to the Head of Media, you'll be instrumental in optimizing our digital platforms and campaigns to maximize user engagement and conversion rates. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements across our user journeys.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive CRO audits of our website, landing pages, app and other digital assets to identify areas for improvement in user experience and conversion funnels.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests (MVT) to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Design, and content to implement CRO recommendations.
- Analyze user behavior data using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys to uncover insights and pain points.
- Develop and maintain a CRO roadmap based on data-driven insights and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in CRO, UX, and digital marketing.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale and potential impact of proposed changes.
- Monitor and report on key CRO metrics and KPIs, demonstrating the ROI of optimization efforts.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully increasing conversion rates and improving user experience.
- Strong proficiency with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
- Expertise in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion.
- Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable
- insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and results to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with heat mapping and session recording tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
