Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist lawyers/seniors to prepare and handle subsale's and project's Sale and Purchase Agreement and bank's loan documentation
  • Execute the process for the perfection of transfer and charge (transfer of title)
  • Liaise with developers, banks, client and relevant authorities or parties
  • To prepare relevant letters, forms or correspondences related to Conveyancing and for next course of action
  • To update and keep proper record for all files, including filing of letters and documents
  • To prepare the necessary letters and documents for next course of action
  • To handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls and managing emails
  • To ensure timely follow-up on documents and tasks as instructed by lawyers or seniors
  • To assist with billing and invoicing, if applicable.

Job Requirements

  • At least SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Willing to learn with positive attitude and fast learner
  • No experience required (with experience is an added advantage)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Know at least the basic computer skills
  • Attention to details
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Committed, team player, integrity, pleasant personality
