We're Hiring: Conveyancing Lawyers (Junior to Senior / Partner Level)

Our recruitment firm is currently partnering with established and growing law firms across the Klang Valley to hire Conveyancing Lawyers at various levels, from fresh Legal Associates to Senior Associates and Partner-level practitioners.

Scope of Work (Depending on Seniority)

• Handle the full spectrum of conveyancing matters, including:
• Sub-sale transactions
• Developer/project conveyancing
• Financing and loan documentation
• Draft, review, and finalise:
• Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA)
• Loan & banking documentation
• Related conveyancing instruments
• Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, real estate agents, land offices and authorities
• Manage transaction timelines, documentation, stamping, registration and completion
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian property and land laws
• (Senior roles) Supervise, mentor junior lawyers and conveyancing clerks
• (Senior/Partner roles) Build and manage client relationships and conveyancing portfolios

Who We're Looking For

• LL.B (Hons) and admission to the Malaysian Bar
• Open to candidates with 0–1 PQE up to 10+ years experience in conveyancing
• Hands-on exposure to sub-sale and/or developer project work
• Strong drafting, organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage (preferred by some clients)
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• For senior roles: leadership capability and client-handling experience are highly valued

Senior & Partner-Level Opportunities

For experienced conveyancing lawyers, selected roles offer:

• Leadership or department head responsibilities
• Direct partnership track or senior management positioning
• Opportunity to bring and manage own files/clients (highly advantageous)
