Job Description:

• Prepare Mise en Place 3-day advance in a proper manner following production plan.
• Ensure practise the right method of cleaning and cutting of raw materials.
• Prepare and accommodate all daily food products and guest's requests.
• Ensure food items are properly stored and apply FIFO system.
• Ensure stocks are available at all times.
• Ensure all equipment are in order and functioning well.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Sediakan Mise en Place 3 Hari Lebih Awal.
• Pastikan Amalan Pembersihan dan Pemotongan Bahan Mentah Dilakukan dengan Betul.
• Sediakan Semua Produk Makanan Harian dan Penuhi Permintaan Tetamu.
• Pastikan Penyimpanan Makanan Dilakukan dengan Betul dan Amalkan Sistem FIFO.
• Pastikan Stok Sentiasa Mencukupi.
• Pastikan Semua Peralatan Dapur Dalam Keadaan Baik dan Berfungsi.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of HALAL, HACCP and Food Safety.
• Has valid Typhoid Vaccine and Food Handling Course Certificate.
• Willing to 6 days per week including weekends and public holidays.

Kelayakan:

• Memiliki Diploma, Diploma Lanjutan / Diploma Tinggi / Diploma Siswazah, Ijazah Sarjana Muda, Diploma Pascasiswazah, Ijazah Profesional atau kelayakan yang setaraf.
• Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan, diutamakan dalam industri penjagaan kesihatan atau hospitaliti.
• Mempunyai pengetahuan asas mengenai HALAL, HACCP dan Keselamatan Makanan.
• Mempunyai Sijil Vaksin Tifoid dan Sijil Kursus Pengendalian Makanan yang masih sah.
• Bersedia untuk bekerja 6 hari seminggu termasuk hujung minggu dan cuti umum.
