Corporate Advisory (Project Finance), Investment Banking

To assist senior team members in marketing pitches, developing financial models and deal execution for project finance advisory and arranging transactions across ASEAN. Focuses on the oil and gas, power and infrastructure sectors in all major markets covered by CIMB.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop financial models for non/limited recourse transaction.
2. Be responsible for running deal models, running sensitivities and undertaking other analysis.
3. Review project agreements and financing term sheet to reflect key terms in the financial model.
4. Prepare pitch to secure new project finance mandates.
5. Support senior term members in deal execution including financial analysis, due diligence, documentation and raising of financing.
6. Assist in writing of internal credit papers.

Key Requirements

• At least 2-5+ years Project Finance/Structured Finance experience in a bank or corporate. Relevant financial modelling/transaction advisory experience in Big Four accounting firm will also be considered.
• Strong financial modeling and accounting skills, good understanding of financing terminologies and good business writing/presentation skills.
