Corporate Communications Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Corporate Communications Executive to enhance our company's brand presence, manage internal and external communications, and strengthen stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling, brand positioning, and media relations.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications & Branding
- Develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen the company's corporate identity.
- Manage corporate branding initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Craft press releases, speeches, corporate presentations, and thought leadership articles.
- Oversee website content and social media platforms to align with corporate messaging.
Public Relations & Media Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and public appearances.
- Monitor and manage the company's public image, addressing PR crises if needed.
Internal Communications
- Develop internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and culture.
- Draft newsletters, memos, and announcements for internal stakeholders.
- Organize town halls, company events, and leadership communication initiatives.
Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and initiatives.
- Engage with industry bodies, partners, and key stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
- Support sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.
Crisis Communications & Reputation Management
- Prepare crisis communication plans and responses to protect the company's reputation.
- Monitor industry trends and public sentiment to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Act as the key point of contact for media inquiries and crisis response.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media, digital communications, and PR strategies.
- Ability to handle crisis communication and reputation management.
- Experience working with media outlets and journalists.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate branding and executive positioning.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Application.
- Knowledge of internal communication tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, or SharePoint, Zoom.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
