Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution Support
- Plan and execute social media content based on user behaviour and performance data.
- Support the planning and development of monthly and quarterly social media content calendars.
- Manage and execute global organic postings across social media channels, ensuring timely delivery and consistency.
- Escalate any platform-related or scheduling issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted execution.
Social Content Creation & Localization Support
- Propose clear content ideas with defined topics, angles, and formats (e.g. short videos, carousels).
- Write engaging, audience-focused copy for social media postings aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Create content relevant to traders, including market insights, beginner topics, and trading behaviour.
- Localize and translate content for priority markets, ensuring cultural relevance and regulatory compliance.
Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
- Provide clear direction to designers on visuals, messaging, and CTAs.
- Coordinate with designers to produce visually compelling, brand-aligned assets for social media postings.
- Work closely with regional marketers and translators to ensure messaging accuracy and cultural alignment across markets.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Assist in tracking post performance across social media platforms against defined KPIs.
- Compile performance reports for internal reviews to drive future campaign improvements.
- Track content performance and identify what works and what does not, then improve accordingly.
Proactive Market Research
- Adjust content timing and formats based on user activity and engagement patterns.
- Stay current with social media algorithm changes, feature updates, and emerging content trends across platforms.
- Share relevant insights with internal teams to inform and improve content strategies.
- Stay updated on platform changes and apply them into content execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or other digital marketing roles; prior experience in the forex industry is a strong advantage.
- Well-versed in major social media platforms and their best practices, including content policies, algorithm trends, audience demographics, and engagement behaviors.
- Good copywriting foundation with the ability to craft engaging, platform-relevant content.
- Foundational knowledge of visual content creation, including basic photo and video editing skills.
- Familiar with analytics tools such as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, or GA4.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate across regional teams.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
