Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop comprehensive marketing plans for Sidec and its initiatives aligning with business objectives
Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for campaigns to measure success.
Utilise various marketing channels including social media, search engineers, messaging apps, and email for audience engagements.
Manage campaign ads across platforms for optimal performance and ROI.
Explore and implement tools to enhance marketing efforts.
Content Creation and Management
Overlook content creation including text, photos, graphics and videos.
Manage all social media accounts for the company and its brands.
Schedule and optimize content using social and email marketing platforms.
Engage with social followers to maintain a healthy engagement rate.
Brand Development and Consistency
Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity for Sidec and its programmes.
Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns and content align with the brand's voice, tone and visual identity.
Explore opportunities to enhance the brand's presence and reputation across various channels and touchpoints.
Monitor trends and insights to enhance content effectiveness.
Website Management and Optimisation
Lead website development and maintenance efforts for improved user experience and SEO.
Manage sub-site pages to align program objectives and brand standards.
Ensure website content remains current and engaging using WordPress tools.
Analytics and Database Management
Analyse consumer behaviours and market trends using tools like Google Analytics.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance offering insights for improvement.
Measure and track the performance of social media content and campaigns including ROI vs investments.
Manage stakeholders database for remarketing efforts
Segment and target contacts for personalised campaigns.
Website Management & Analytics
Maintain and update website content to improve engagement and user experience.
Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and session duration to enhance digital performance.
Implement SEO and UX strategies to optimize website reach and functionality.
Additional Tasks
Conduct other duties as directed by the Head of Department
Assist in the preparation of any materials required by the HOD
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Able to work in a high-paced environment and produce content/videos in a short turnaround time.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Show proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
Exhibit a creative mindset and pass passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Display the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Engage in strategic thinking to develop and execute long-term social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
