Corporate Communication Specialist | Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Events, Social Media & CSR

Our capabilities in Submarine Cable Installation and Marine Maintenance comprises installation and repair of deep and shallow water fibre-optic cable systems, shore end installation, engineering and subsea surveys.

We are seeking a Corporate Communication Specialist to lead communication, engagement, and corporate responsibility initiatives. You will plan and execute internal and external communications, drive employer branding, coordinate employee engagement programs, manage events and social media channels, and spearhead CSR initiatives, ensuring all efforts align with the organisation's vision, mission, and strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, creative, proactive, and willing to be involved in a variety of projects across the organisation. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, including media and digital platforms, to ensure communications are effective, high-quality, and impactful.

What you will be doing:

  • Plan and manage external communications to drive awareness, advocacy, and employer branding.
  • Plan and manage internal communications to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company strategy.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including yearly programs, employee clubs, and initiatives that strengthen employer brand.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee company events and campaigns that support communications and employer branding objectives.
  • Manage content and engagement across social media platforms, highlighting company culture and employee stories.
  • Drive CSR initiatives, build partnerships, and report on impact.
  • Prepare for crisis communications and support company-wide transformation projects.
  • Produce clear, engaging, and professional written materials for various media outlets
  • Coordinate with corporate PR agencies on branding strategies
  • Plan, develop and execute communication and branding training programs as needed

What you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, events, or social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to actively contribute to diverse initiatives across the organisation.
  • Experience in event planning, social media, and CSR initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
