Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resources

1. Lead and manage the HR agenda across the Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

2. Develop, propose, and implement HR policies, guidelines, and procedures that reflect company culture and values.

3. Oversee full HR operations including recruitment, payroll, performance management, training & development, and employee engagement.

4. Manage the annual performance review cycle, bonus, and merit increment processes.

5. Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

6. Advise management on HR issues, provide solutions, and support change management initiatives.

7. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to maximize their performance and contribution.

Administration

1. Supervise and manage overall office administration functions including facilities, vendor management, and procurement.

2. Ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes across the Group.

3. Oversee corporate services such as licensing, regulatory documentation, and company assets.

4. Manage corporate communication and ensure timely dissemination of company-wide information.

Information Technology (IT)

1. Oversee IT operations and infrastructure to ensure business continuity and system security.

2. Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to maintain and upgrade systems as required.

3. Implement IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and data protection practices in compliance with regulations.

4. Support digital transformation initiatives and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency.

5. Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for IT-related issues across departments.

ADDITIONAL NOTES (IF ANY)

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

3. Minimum 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

4. Strong communications, analytical and organizational skills, attention to details and a track record of providing effective Human Resource solutions to the business.

5. Organized, disciplined, self-driven and self-aware with a track record of integrity, commitment, courage and performance.
