Job Description
• To assist HOD in Regulatory Compliance such as CIDB Act, OSHA 1994, Environmental Quality Act, and relevant local authority bylaws
• Act as liaison with regulatory authorities, auditors, and clients
• Monitor updates to constructionrelated regulations, standards, and licensing requirements
• Maintain valid registrations and certifications (CIDB etc.)
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve compliance issues identified during audits or inspections
• Maintain compliance documentation for tenders, client audits, and government checks
• Able to draft letters (Clients/Authorities etc.)
• Maintain accurate compliance records, licenses, permits, and audit findings
• Ensure proper documentation for ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, etc.)
• Support certification renewals and audits
Job Requirements
• At least a Certificate/Diploma related to construction industry or any other discipline with experience
• At least 2 years experiences in corporate/legal department in construction industry
• Good in English language (written/spoken skills)
• Computer literate
