Medical Benefits Management as our core service such as Claims Processing, System &
Infrastructure and medical provider access along with other value-added healthcare-related
services.
Job Responsibilities
This role is primarily a Field Sales position, with Tele-Sales activities supporting lead
generation and follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for driving new business,
managing corporate clients, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face engagements
and on-ground sales activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Actively conducting field sales visits to corporate clients and prospects to generate
new business opportunities
Attending client meetings, sales presentations, and service demonstrations in
person
Managing and growing corporate sales accounts, including meetings with key
decision-makers
Preparing and delivering professional sales presentations and proposals
Willingness to travel within Malaysia for client meetings, sales activities, and
business development
Generating leads and supporting sales efforts through tele-sales activities,
including cold calls, cold emails, and follow-ups
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and recommend
suitable services or solutions
Answering customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong client
relationships
Maintaining and updating the prospect and customer database
Researching new leads, industries, and market opportunities
Keeping up to date with service offerings, market trends, and competitor activities
Consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets
Strong focus on customer acquisition and long-term relationship building long-term relationship building
The ideal candidate must have:
2 to 5 years of experience in Field Sales, Corporate Sales, Inside Sales, or
Tele-Consulting
Proven working experience in corporate sales
Strong ability to prepare and deliver effective sales presentations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
Confident public speaking and client-facing
.Willingness to travel within Malaysia
