Key Performance Outcomes You'll Drive:

Deal Sourcing & Velocity

1. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities meeting our investment criteria
2. Reduce median response time from deal identification to indicative offer to industry-leading speeds
3. Achieve consistent monthly contactability rates with verified property owners
4. Generate actionable LOIs quarterly that meet Investment Committee standards

Automation & Scale

1. Expand our addressable market by systematically adding net-new verified opportunities quarterly
2. Implement sourcing capabilities across all property portals
3. Design and deploy systematic A/B testing for outreach channels
4. Document and scale successful processes through comprehensive SOPs

Underwriting Excellence

1. Achieve high accuracy rates between initial pricing and final IC-approved valuations
2. Maintain capex and yield estimates within tight variance bands
3. Produce professional investment memos with comprehensive market analysis

Data & Reporting Infrastructure

1. Build and maintain a single source of truth for deal flow metrics
2. Create live dashboards tracking stage progression, cycle times, and conversion rates
3. Ensure data integrity with minimal variance between systems
4. Implement systematic reporting cadences for leadership visibility

Corporate Planning & Development:

1. Prepare investor materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and due-diligence documentation, to communicate the company's value proposition.
2. Evaluate financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
3. Track fundraising pipeline, investor activity, and capital deployment progress.
4. Support negotiations on investment terms in collaboration with senior leadership and legal advisors.
5. Support executive team with strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term capital structuring.

4. Financial Modeling & Pre-Underwriting - Build accurate preliminary valuations and investment cases at speed
5. Stakeholder Management & CRM Excellence - Maintain pristine data hygiene while juggling agents, owners, and internal teams
6. Communication & Negotiation - Present and convince owners / investors to align with investment objectives

Experience and Qualifications Required:

1. Undergraduate degree in preferably a quantitative field, with strong analytical capabilities
2. Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, consistently delivering efficient, high-quality work
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong project-reporting and management skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
5. Bonus: Consulting experience preferred, with a focus on operations management and/or FP&A
