Corporate Finance Executive

• Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation reports, and investment proposals for business development, M&A, and fundraising initiatives.
• Support feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and due diligence processes for new investments or partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Prepare internal and external presentations, investor decks, and board reports on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in liaising with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and regulatory authorities on finance-related matters.
• Monitor industry trends, market data, and competitor performance to provide financial insights.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in special projects including sustainability-linked finance, digital transformation funding, and ESG-related investment evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, audit, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate financial information clearly.
• A proactive learner with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
