Corporate Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with local and foreign banks and financial institutions.
• Source, negotiate, and manage project and corporate financing (e.g., term loans, bridging loans, revolving credit).
• Structure and execute corporate loans and banking facilities in collaboration with Group Treasury.
• Liaise with external parties (lawyers, tax agents, investment banks, regulators) for proposal analysis and structuring.
• Evaluate and recommend banking products or structures to support company growth and real estate developments.
• Ensure timely debt servicing and compliance with covenants under financing agreements (e.g., external debt, bonds).
• Coordinate with Group Finance teams for financing cash flow projections and funding proposal evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with divisions under Group Finance, Investor Relations, and finance teams across S P Setia's business units.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• 58 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, banking, or treasury functions.
• Experience in managing banking relationships and structuring financing deals.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with loan documentation, covenant compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
