About BoomGrow
We are a fast-growing startup entering our Series A stage of growth. With ambitious expansion plans ahead, we are building out our strategy capabilities to ensure we make smart, data-driven decisions. Our mission is to scale sustainably, and we need someone who can connect the dots between numbers, strategy, and execution.
Role Overview
The Business Development & Strategy Executive will be responsible for analysing our business performance, helping with market expansion, and supporting leadership with insights that drive growth and profitability. You will play a central role in working with both internal and external stakeholders, communicating our economic story clearly to investors, and managing projects to ensure that our long-term business strategies are well understood.
This is not a traditional sales or business development role. It's a hands-on, high-impact position at the heart of a scaling startup, perfect for someone who wants to move beyond sales into the world of more strategic decision making.
