Exciting opportunity to join our Renewables team as Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager!
Job Summary
The Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager is accountable for the corporate finance affairs of Yinson Renewables group of companies, including working closely with the wider corporate finance team on transactions (greenfield developments, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, debt financing, etc.) and strategic review work for the group. The role is also a unique opportunity to work in a multi-cultural environment across continents.

Duties
Manage the investment assessment process across continents through the preparation and review of robust financial/ valuation models, board papers and analysis of the investment details.
Manage project finance loan structuring, origination, documentation, and completion, including negotiation with lenders, counsels, and various internal and external parties.
Evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions, fund raisings and various corporate exercises.
Engage with corporate advisors (e.g. investment banks, solicitors, placement agents, equity capital advisory, brokerage advisory) and various regulatory bodies.
Work closely with and coordinate the communications with internal departments on various matters such as tax, finance, accounting, and operations for performance of the role.
Perform business and contract reviews and negotiate with stakeholders.
Undertake any other ad hoc assignments.
This role also has the potential to be involved in: managing the FID process, contributing to due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures and fund-raising, handling structured corporate loans, and engaging in debt capital markets activities such as green bonds. It may also include exploring energy infrastructure investments and participating in corporate strategic planning.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years of work experience in corporate finance, corporate banking, infrastructure investment and/or M&A advisory.
Experience from a multinational organisation/Big 4/infrastructure fund is an advantage.
Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel (financial modelling and valuations).
Knowledge and experience of accounting, tax and legal related matters will be a benefit.
Experience within the renewables sector will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex matters concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization.
A high degree of self-motivation, ambitious; a good team player with the ability to engage with cross-cultural teams and deliver within tight deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Fluent verbal and written English is mandatory (other languages are an advantage).
