About the Role
Develop and drive corporate and fleet sales strategies to achieve annual fleet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new corporate accounts, leasing companies, government agencies, and key fleet customers.
- Manage end-to-end fleet sales process including proposal preparation, pricing negotiation, tender participation, and contract finalization.
- Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate customers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to understand fleet replacement cycles and future demand.
- Fleet Program Management
- Develop fleet sales programs, corporate packages, and partnership solutions tailored to different customer segments.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth delivery, registration, and aftersales support for fleet customers.
- Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain a strong fleet sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
- Monitor fleet sales performance, tender opportunities, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, product, and aftersales teams to ensure competitive fleet offerings and service solutions.
- Support development of corporate branding, fleet marketing initiatives, and partnership campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 610 years of experience in corporate / fleet sales, automotive B2B sales, leasing, or key account management.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and tender management experience.
- Strong analytical and pipeline management skills.
- Willing to travel as required.
