About the Role

Develop and drive corporate and fleet sales strategies to achieve annual fleet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new corporate accounts, leasing companies, government agencies, and key fleet customers.
  • Manage end-to-end fleet sales process including proposal preparation, pricing negotiation, tender participation, and contract finalization.

  • Key Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate customers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to understand fleet replacement cycles and future demand.

  • Fleet Program Management
  • Develop fleet sales programs, corporate packages, and partnership solutions tailored to different customer segments.
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth delivery, registration, and aftersales support for fleet customers.

  • Pipeline Management & Reporting
  • Maintain a strong fleet sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
  • Monitor fleet sales performance, tender opportunities, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and aftersales teams to ensure competitive fleet offerings and service solutions.
  • Support development of corporate branding, fleet marketing initiatives, and partnership campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 610 years of experience in corporate / fleet sales, automotive B2B sales, leasing, or key account management.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and tender management experience.
  • Strong analytical and pipeline management skills.
  • Willing to travel as required.
