What the role involves
You will work across a mix of transactional matters, including:
- Equity capital markets and IPO exercises
- Private M&A and investments
- Banking and financing transactions
- General corporate matters
Technical Requirements
- Draft, review, and coordinate transaction documents with appropriate supervision
- Conduct legal due diligence independently and identify material issues
- Apply working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines across these practice areas
Qualifications
- 2-4 years PQE
- Trained in a recognised corporate / capital markets practice
