Corporate Planning & HRGA Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

Seeking a Corporate Planning & HRGA Executive to support regional reporting, administration, and expatriate services while strengthening HQ coordination.

• Consolidate and analyse business performance and financial data across the Asia & Oceania region.
• Prepare, summarise, and draft periodic business reports and management materials in Japanese for Headquarters.
• Coordinate regional information gathering and follow up with overseas offices and subsidiaries.
• Organise management meetings, including agenda planning, material preparation, and meeting coordination.
• Manage travel logistics, administrative arrangements, and hospitality support for business travellers and VIP visitors.
• Support the administration of expatriate welfare and benefit programmes, including home leave, temporary return travel, and education subsidies.
• Process, track, maintain, and file internal applications and related documentation.
• Provide relocation and pre-assignment support for expatriates.
• Collaborate with internal departments, Headquarters, and regional entities to facilitate business operations and communication.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Finance, Human Resources, General Affairs, Administration, or other related back-office functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and document preparation.
• Experience preparing reports, management presentations, or business documentation.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for preparing reports for Headquarters and liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Ability to support both corporate planning and HRGA-related administrative functions.
