Job Responsibilities:

- Drive the launch and scaling of a new medical brand, including the potential establishment of dental clinics and small hospitals.

- Formulate and implement a strategy

- Identify, negotiate, and execute M&A opportunities that align with business goals.

- Plan and execute international expansion into other countries.

- Develop and manage external partnerships and collaborations to strengthen the brand.

- Prepare and deliver regular performance and progress reports to existing shareholders.

- Design, implement, and optimize internal operational frameworks and workflows to support growth.

- Reduce staff training time through efficient learning programs and processes.

- Build robust organizational systems and structures to enable scalable, sustainable growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

- Having 8 years Corporate Planning experience from consulting firm and background.

- Being able to create and execute strong business strategy.
