Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuching for the position of Corporate Relationship Executive. The primary responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying their training and development needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role involves building partnerships, coordinating with internal teams to deliver training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the engagement process. Additionally, the Corporate Relationship Executive will conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, prepare proposals and presentations, and contribute towards achieving business development targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation
• Knowledge of sales, business development, and presentation techniques
• Ability to conduct market research and contribute to strategic planning
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Familiarity with professional training and development concepts is a plus
• Prior experience in a client-facing or corporate sales role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Kuching and adapt to a dynamic work environment
