Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack products and solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals.
  • Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
  • Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
  • Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes.
  • Confidently presenting to customers

Requirements

  • Proven 3-5 years of sales experience with consistent KPI or target achievement.
  • Strong hunter mentality proactive, persistent, and results-focused.
  • Ability to generate own leads.
  • Comfortable handling rejection and high activity volumes.
  • Skilled in probing, objection handling, and persuasive communication.
  • Confident presenting solutions to business owners or stakeholders in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an advantage.
  • Able to perform under pressure in a competitive, performance-driven culture.
  • Possesses own transport to visit customers.
