Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack products and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals.
- Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
- Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
- Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes.
- Confidently presenting to customers
Requirements
- Proven 3-5 years of sales experience with consistent KPI or target achievement.
- Strong hunter mentality proactive, persistent, and results-focused.
- Ability to generate own leads.
- Comfortable handling rejection and high activity volumes.
- Skilled in probing, objection handling, and persuasive communication.
- Confident presenting solutions to business owners or stakeholders in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an advantage.
- Able to perform under pressure in a competitive, performance-driven culture.
- Possesses own transport to visit customers.
