Role Description
The Sales Advisor will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, delivering excellent customer service, and building strong long-term relationships with customers. The role also requires proactive engagement with customers through both physical showroom interactions and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell vehicles to prospective customers
Provide excellent customer service and build strong, long-term relationships with customers Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated with the latest automotive trends and developments
Participate in roadshows, sales campaigns, and showroom events organized by the company Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales performance
Assist in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Utilize digital platforms and social media to promote vehicles and attract potential customers Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily showroom operations
Perform any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as assigned by the superior when required
Knowledge & Skills
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related sales field is an added advantage
Active on social media and able to utilize platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to promote vehicles and generate sales leads
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, sales-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality
Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain good client relationships
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers
Sales Target Requirement
Each Sales Executive is required to comply with the Sales Target Performance Program, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Each Sales Executive is required to achieve a minimum monthly sales target of four (4) invoiced units of any Ford vehicle models (New / Used / Demo / Pre-registered) for each month; and/or
- Each Sales Executive is required to achieve a minimum quarterly sales target of twelve (12) invoiced units of any Ford vehicle models (New / Used / Demo / Pre-registered) for each quarter;
- In the event that a new Sales Executive joins during the month and/or quarter, the minimum monthly and/or quarterly sales targets will be prorated accordingly.
The Company reserves the right to revise the sales targets and performance requirements from time to time based on business needs.
