Job Description

Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive

Join our established corporate secretarial practice, where we deliver end‑to‑end corporate governance and compliance solutions to a wide portfolio of clients — including SMEs, Private and Public Listed companies, foreign entities, and organisations across diverse industries.

As part of our growth, we are seeking a Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive who is ready to take on greater ownership, lead client engagements, and contribute to the strengthening of our governance standards and service excellence.

Why Join Us

We invest deeply in professional development and long‑term career progression. As a senior member of our team, you will:

  • Manage your own portfolio of clients with increasing autonomy
  • Receive support toward ICSA qualification and continuous professional training
  • Gain exposure to complex corporate exercises and advisory work
  • Work in a collaborative environment that values integrity, accountability, and growth

Whether you are an experienced executive or stepping up from a junior role, this position offers a clear pathway toward Assistant Manager, Manager, and eventually Company Secretary roles.

Your Role with Us

As a Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high‑quality delivery of corporate secretarial services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients independently, ensuring timely compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and SSM requirements
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory documents, resolutions, minutes, and corporate filings
  • Advising clients on routine corporate governance matters and regulatory obligations
  • Coordinating and attending Board and shareholder meetings, including preparation of meeting materials
  • Maintaining and updating statutory registers and corporate records
  • Liaising with clients, auditors, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities
  • Guiding junior team members and reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting corporate exercises such as incorporation, restructuring, share transfers, and due diligence

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who is ready to take on a senior role in corporate secretarial practice. Ideal candidates should have:

  • ICSA qualification, MAICSA membership, or currently pursuing final papers
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience
  • Strong understanding of the Companies Act 2016, SSM guidelines, and corporate governance principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin‑speaking clients
  • A responsible, humble, and solutions‑oriented attitude
  • Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Additional Information

  • Internship, part‑time, and contract roles are available for other levels
  • Attractive company benefits included
  • Opportunities for career advancement into Assistant Manager / Manager roles

If you are ready to elevate your corporate secretarial career and take on a more senior, client‑facing role, we'd be delighted to meet you.
