Job Description

We are seeking talent to lead and oversee the non-profit activities and events for Yayasan Habib. As part of the corporate social responsibility of Habib Group, this role is pivotal in bridging the gap between strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring that all foundation pillars meet their targets while maintaining high standards of compliance and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal talent is a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and the ability to enhance the foundation's brand through effective public relations and media outreach.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed targets for each Yayasan pillar and fundraising effort.
  • Manage the department's daily operations and non-profit activities in full compliance with foundation requirements.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of special events and fundraising campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term support and satisfaction.
  • Oversee database management, tracking contributions received and their subsequent utilization.
  • Manage public relations and media outreach to promote the Yayasan's brand awareness and mission.
  • Handle financial analysis, reporting, cash flow analysis, budget development, and forecasting.
  • Generate reports with an emphasis on outcome measurement, data analysis, and impact tracking.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with proven experience in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in foundation operations, requirements, and compliance.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software applications, databases, and spreadsheets (including MS Office).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships and work effectively within a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in professional writing with a focus on outcome-based measurement and analytical reporting.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and operational management.
