Role Overview:
The Development Manager leads JCPAC's fundraising, sponsorship, and stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure financial sustainability and community support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies including grants, donations, and sponsorships.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and partners.
- Manage donor database, reporting, and stewardship.
- Write compelling proposals and manage sponsorship deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing and programming teams to align messaging and impact reporting.
- Organise donor recognition events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Arts Management, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
- Proven track record in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or donor relations.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Experience in the arts or non-profit sector preferred.
- Candidates from adjacent industries such as film, music, entertainment, cultural institutions, creative agencies, media, or other relevant development and partnership-driven sectors are also welcomed.
