Corporate Sustainability (Executive-Senior Executive)

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Science /Marketing & Communications /Accounting /Finance /Banking /Economics /Business/ Engineering or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and good team player.
• Equipped with critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong work commitment and self-starter with the desire to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating Sustainability/ ESG strategies and plan.
• Implement and execute the planned Sustainability/ ESG initiatives and programs.
• Coordinate, monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives.
• Develop and manage the company's Sustainability communications to relevant stakeholders including employees, suppliers, customers, communities.
• Facilitate in the development of Sustainability-related training, workshops, events and programmes for stakeholders.
• Organize and prepare training materials related to Sustainability strategy as internal awareness program.
• Conduct study and analysis of the Sustainability/ ESG opportunities relevant to the industry and Company.
• Monitor and work on ESG rating by ascertaining and measuring sustainability efforts and monitor sustainability indicators.
• Conduct assessment and benchmarking against relevant Sustainability requirement and standards.
• Collate and analyse company-wide qualitative and quantitative data related to ESG;
• Assist in preparation of sustainability report, presentation, infographics, and website disclosures/ updates.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging sustainability trends, standards, technologies, and best practices.
• Undertake others related appropriate task assigned by the HOD.
