Role Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Trainer who is passionate about helping professionals modernize their daily workflows. In this role, you will deliver training sessions that focus on practical application rather than just the theoretical mechanics of software. Your goal is to show employees across various departments how to leverage modern digital tools—including productivity software, data basics, and everyday Generative AI (like ChatGPT or Copilot)—to solve problems, reduce routine workloads, and collaborate more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct highly engaging corporate training programs (both in-person and virtual) focused on modern workplace technologies, digital productivity tools, and fundamental digital literacy.
• Workflow Application: Teach adult learners how to apply digital tools to their daily tasks, ensuring technology adoption translates directly into time savings and improved efficiency.
• Audience Adaptability: Tailor examples and case studies during training sessions to suit different business functions, ensuring content is relevant for diverse audiences ranging from HR to Supply Chain.
• HRD Corp Compliance: Ensure all training delivery, materials, attendance, and assessments align strictly with HRD Corp standards to maintain claimable status for our Malaysian clients.
• Learner Evaluation: Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure skill gaps, track learning progress, and report on training effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• HRD Corp Accreditation (Mandatory): Must hold a valid HRD Corp Train-The-Trainer (TTT) Certification or active accreditation. Candidates without this will not be considered.
• Digital Fluency: Strong, hands-on proficiency with modern workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, project management software) and a solid understanding of how everyday Generative AI can be used to improve productivity.
• Training Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in corporate training, learning and development (L&D), or workshop facilitation.
• Engaging Communication: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. You must be able to demystify technology for non-technical audiences without losing their attention.
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a strong advantage for the local market.
• Practical Industry Experience: At least 3–5 years of professional experience working within a corporate environment or managing business operations, with a strong understanding of the daily workflow bottlenecks faced by modern businesses.
