Job Descriptions:
-Develop and execute strategic training initiatives for corporate clients to meet current specific training needs and objectives.
-Identify and acquire new corporate clients through effective sales and business development activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client presentations
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business and maximize client satisfaction.
-Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs that align with industry standards and best practices
-Coordinate and manage trainers, subject matter experts, and facilitators during training sessions.
-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to market and promote training programs effectively.
Key Requirements:
-2 3 years experience in sales skills and a track record of success in acquiring new business and growing existing accounts.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with corporate clients at all levels.
-Thorough knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design practices.
-Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for growth, and develop innovative training solutions to meet organizational and client goals.
