Perform Monthly/ Quarterly Forecast Revenue, COGS, Margin, Asset Management and reporting by customer as well as perform inventory costing maintenance/ simulation and variance analysis where needed
Month-end closing activities including accounts reconciliation, journal preparation, accrual analysis, etc. on the Buy Sell Model (BSM)
Preparation and analysis of inventory reconciliation; Inventory Reserves and Prepaid Inventory Reserves
Coordinates Capex requirement with Operation Team which include tracking of budget, actual spend etc.
Involved in activities that driving Plant Compliance include maintenance of reviews, supporting data and analysis for Internal and External Audits; Local Statutory requirement
Ability to handle and deliver multi-tasks within tight deadlines and able to work beyond office hours to support month-end closing
Support ad-hoc assignment/ projects as required
Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualification in Costing/ Accounting
At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry, knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting in an ERP environment will be an added advantage
Good analytical skills, proficiency in using spreadsheets to extract, compile, analyze and interpret data, meticulous and detail oriented
Good communication skills. Able to interact and collaborate with cross functional teams Self-motivated and fast learner
