Analytical review of the results and production processes; Investigation and presentation of various indicators scrap, efficiency, variances; understanding of trends;
Assisting Financial controller in the process of annual Budget preparation and planning functions, in this regard defining and running annual cost roll-up and Standard cost setting;
Assist in creation and modification of processes in controlling function related to localization/internalization of products, production transfers, creation of new products, etc.
Assist in developing and maintaining controlling systems to provide managers with all necessary company management data and information;
Apply and comply to LEM's Accounting and Reporting Guidelines, IFRS and local GAAP, use the Group ERP- Microsoft Dynamics;
Support necessary activities for the month end close;
Submit timely and accurately the period reporting, associated analysis and disclosures;
Perform his/her obligations on a timely and qualitative manner;
Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and identify best practices;
Commit to a culture of learning and deliver professional ownership of processes
Job Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
Years experience: 5 years of related working experience
Working knowledge of accounting standards
Soft skills: International and multicultural experience, team player, meticulous; focused, organized and results oriented
Knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics will be added advantage
