Company Overview:
Established in 1995, this global leader in automotive aluminum alloy die castings produces components for both traditional fuel and New Energy Vehicle (NEV) sectors. Headquartered in China with a massive international footprint, the company has recently launched one of its most significant investments—a brand-new production plant in Klang, Malaysia.
About this role:
Join a scaling automotive parts production plant and take ownership of the financial-operational bridge. This isn't just a desk job—you will be the key link between the production floor and the balance sheet, ensuring precision in a high-growth environment.
As our Cost Accountant, you won't just record data; you'll drive profitability. You will lead the full-cycle costing process and oversee material warehouse integrity to ensure our operations are lean, compliant, and data-driven.
Your Impact:
- Precision Accounting: Independently manage raw material, labor, and manufacturing expense allocation for automotive parts production.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide management with bilingual (English/Mandarin) insights on cost trends, variance analysis, and actionable reduction strategies.
- Compliance Leadership: Maintain rigorous standards aligned with MFRS, IRBM, and the 2026 e-Invoicing mandates.
- Inventory Integrity: Supervise warehouse flow—from receiving raw materials to dispatching semi-finished goods—minimizing loss and optimizing turnover.
- Operational Safety: Ensure warehouse activities meet OSHA 1994 and DOSH safety standards.
What You Bring:
- Industry Expertise: 1–3 years of cost accounting experience within automotive manufacturing.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Kingdee/UFIDA) and advanced data processing.
- Dual-Capability: A rare mix of financial technicality (MFRS/Tax) and physical inventory management.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Mandarin to bridge communication between local operations and regional stakeholders.
