What You Will Do

• Executive audit role, not a generic site QS: Look beyond surface reporting.
• Review project costs, subcon payments, variations, claims & supporting docs.
• Interrogate commercial controls to identify risks, discrepancies & improvements.
• Deliver objective audit reports and independent risk assessments to C-suite.
  
  

Experience You Need

• QS degree with commercial audit or internal audit experience.
• Ability to look beyond standard reports and scrutinize supporting paperwork.
• Expertise in subcon procurement, claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Confidence to challenge project reporting and present facts to C-suite.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Exposure to data centres, cleanrooms, or complex industrial builds.
