Job Description

We're looking for a Costing Analyst to support our contract manufacturing operations by ensuring compliance, managing supplier relationships, and contributing to cost and feasibility analysis.

What You'll Do

Under close supervision, you will:

  • Conduct site visits to contract manufacturing facilities to observe production and testing of VF products and ensure compliance with quality standards and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
  • Support contract supplier operations, including technical issues, quotations, vendor selection and evaluation, schedule conflicts, and quality concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between VF and third-party manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, compliant products.
  • Provide contractors with the necessary information to meet VF's quality expectations.
  • Identify and evaluate potential new contractors, including financial stability assessments.
  • Coordinate the development of contractor documentation and manuals.
  • Respond to cost and feasibility requests and obtain vendor quotations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field. (Equivalent experience may be considered based on the role and hiring criteria.)
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PC tools and systems.
