Country Director/Head

WeNetwork is partnering with a fast-growing international fintech as they prepare to launch and scale their consumer financial platform in Malaysia.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Country Manager to build the market from the ground up — owning P&L, go-to-market, growth, product localisation, strategic partnerships and local operations.

The ideal profile will bring:

• 7+ years in fintech, payments, digital banking, marketplaces or consumer tech

• Strong track record scaling users and owning growth/GTM

• Experience launching products or businesses from 0→1

• Strong product and data orientation

• Familiarity with Malaysia's payments/fintech ecosystem is highly advantageous

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly hands-on environment
