Key responsibilities

Oversee the day‑to‑day HR operations for Malaysia while simultaneously driving the country's HR strategy
Act as strategic advisor to Business Leaders around the People Agenda, including talent management and development, performance management, total rewards and employee relations to support organizational growth
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture
Develop and implement people analytics strategies to drive data-informed decision-making
Work closely with the broader HR team to drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational effectiveness

Role requirements

Degree qualified with at least 15 years across the full spectrum of HR, with strengths in Business Partnering
Solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations in Manufacturing industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, effectively translating complex data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive organizational success
