Country Manager – Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & P&L Ownership
2. Set Malaysia strategy and deliver revenue, profit and market share targets for AI automotive marketing solutions.
3. KA OEM Management
4. Develop and manage key accounts including car manufacturers, importers, dealer groups; lead C-level negotiation and contract closure.
5. SMB Platform Operation
6. Scale dealer platform business: dealer acquisition, onboarding, operation support and merchant services; cooperate with auto finance partners.
7. Team & Operation
8. Build and lead local team (sales, platform, operation); ensure compliance, efficiency and customer success.
9. Partnerships
10. Establish and maintain relationships with automotive partners, media, financial institutions and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree; 8+ years experience in automotive sales/BD/general management in Malaysia.
2. Proven track record in OEM/KA key account management.
3. Experience in SMB platform operation, dealer onboarding or auto finance partnership.
4. Full P&L ownership experience as Country Manager / GM in Malaysia.
5. Deep understanding of Malaysia automotive market and business culture.
6. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
7. Strong leadership, negotiation and execution skills.
