We are looking for a skilled Coupa Consultant with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, invoicing, and system integrations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Coupa solutions, provide end-user support, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Coupa modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, Invoicing, and Expense Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Coupa solutions.
- Customize workflows, approval chains, business rules, and catalogs.
- Support supplier onboarding and enablement activities.
- Perform data migration, validation, and master data management.
- Coordinate with integration teams for ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Create functional specifications and user documentation.
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated with new Coupa releases and recommend best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on Coupa implementation or support projects.
- Strong knowledge of Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience with Coupa configuration, workflows, approvals, catalogs, and supplier management.
- Understanding of procurement, sourcing, invoicing, and expense management processes.
- Experience with ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, file-based integrations, and middleware tools is an advantage.
- Experience in testing, defect tracking, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with business users and stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Coupa certification is preferred.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and integration concepts is a plus.
