As a Coupa Consultant, you will support clients in managing and enhancing their Coupa Spend Management platform, focusing on procurement, invoicing, supplier management, and expense modules.
You will be responsible for ongoing enhancements, optimisation, and AMS support, ensuring alignment with business processes and continuous improvement of the platform
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing enhancements and change requests for Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expense, Supplier Portal).
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Coupa solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Participate in release management, testing cycles, and deployment activities.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Coupa applications, including issue investigation and resolution.
- Handle incident tickets, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and service delivery standards.
- Work on integrations between Coupa and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Manage data imports/exports, supplier enablement, and catalogue setup.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across systems.
- Engage with business users to understand requirements and provide functional guidance.
- Support workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and user training.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Recommend best practices and process improvements aligned with Coupa capabilities.
- Stay updated with new Coupa features and releases.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation.
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
- 6 – 9 years of experience in Coupa implementation/ support/ enhancements
- Strong experience in AMS / support and continuous improvement environments.
- Experience in procurement or finance processes is highly preferred.
- Strong functional knowledge of: Coupa Procurement (P2P); Invoicing & Expense Management; Supplier Management / Sourcing
- Experience in Coupa configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / others).Knowledge of APIs, flat file integrations, or middleware tools is a plus.
- Coupa certification(s).
- Experience in global rollout or multi-country implementations.
- Exposure to agile project methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across business and IT.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting role.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
