Roles & Responsibilities:
•
Own Coupa functional design covering P2P, Expense, and related integrations.
•
Govern solution design to ensure alignment with global standards, control requirements, and target operating model.
•
Review and approve localization and change requests, including impact and feasibility assessment.
•
Ensure design decisions are documented and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
•
Apply and continuously refine the Global Coupa Playbook based on rollout feedback.
•
Ensure consistent interpretation of global standards across all in-scope LBUs.
•
Act as escalation point for design exceptions and policy deviations.
•
Establish global finance and procurement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
•
Partner other workstreams on end-to-end process standardization and harmonization.
•
Support SOX process and control documentation where Coupa is in scope.
•
Assess and manage downstream impacts of design decisions to global process flows and controls.
•
Support Pre-Track activities including early LBU assessments, solution walkthroughs, and adoption readiness.
•
Provide design inputs to Pre-Track workshops, clinics, and Q&A sessions.
•
Identify recurring design gaps and feed learnings into Global Coupa Playbook enhancements.
•
Represent Coupa design in testing, data migration, and cutover discussions.
•
Partner with project management, global process, pre-track, and change management teams to ensure end‑to‑end readiness.
•
Provide design guidance to implementation partners and internal analysts.
•
Lead and mentor team members.
•
Drive progressive transition from external consultants to internal capability.
•
Establish reusable artefacts, templates, and design accelerators.
Requirements:
•
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
•
8 – 10 years of experience in finance transformation or ERP/P2P implementation.
•
Deep hands-on experience with Coupa P2P and Expense design.
•
Experience leading multi-entity or multi-country rollouts.
•
Experience in presentations to large and senior stakeholders.
•
Experience in insurance or financial service industries will be an added advantage.
•
Strong stakeholder management, project management and analytical skills.
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.
•
Strong functional Coupa design and Procure-to-Pay process knowledge.
•
Excellent stakeholder management and decision facilitation skills.
•
Strong documentation, communication, and governance discipline
