Roles & Responsibilities:
•
Own the integrated Coupa workstream project plan, milestones, and dependencies across all delivery phases.
•
Establish and maintain RAID logs, decision registers, and action trackers specific to Coupa.
•
Ensure Coupa activities are sequenced and delivered in line with overall programme timelines and rollout strategy.
•
Drive delivery discipline across design, pre-track, testing, migration, and cutover activities.
•
Act as the official Coupa workstream representative in various programme and workstream level forums.
•
Coordinate Coupa dependencies with Oracle, design, global process, change management, and central PMO teams.
•
Ensure Coupa-specific risks and interdependencies are surfaced and managed proactively at programme level.
•
Develop clear, executive-ready status reporting on Coupa progress, risks, and readiness.
•
Track delivery against plan and highlight variances, capacity constraints, and emerging risks early.
•
Support Steering Committee, PMO, and leadership updates with concise, fact-based insights.
•
Identify delivery, timeline, and readiness risks within the Coupa workstream.
•
Drive mitigation actions in collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders.
•
Escalate material risks and decisions appropriately with clear impact assessment and options.
•
Own planning and governance of Pre-Track activities for the Coupa workstream, ensuring alignment with overall programme milestones and rollout strategy.
•
Develop and maintain a Pre-Track execution plan covering early LBU engagement, solution walkthroughs, clinics, and readiness checkpoints.
•
Coordinate Pre-Track scope, scheduling, and dependencies across Coupa Design, Global Process, Change Management, and central PMO teams.
•
Ensure Pre-Track activities are consistently executed across LBUs, with clear entry and exit criteria into formal deployment phases.
•
Drive progressive transition from external consultants to internal capability.
Requirements:
•
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
•
8–10 years of experience in large-scale finance or ERP/P2P transformation programmes.
•
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream system workstreams.
•
Strong exposure to testing, data migration, and cutover governance in enterprise programmes.
•
Experience working with system integrators, central PMOs, and multiple stakeholders.
•
Excellent planning, stakeholder management, and executive communication skill.
•
Experience in presentations to large and senior stakeholders.
•
Experience with Coupa P2P and Expense design will be an added advantage.
•
Experience in insurance or financial service industries will be an added advantage.
•
Strong stakeholder management, project management and analytical skills.
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.
•
Good Finance and Procurement process knowledge.
•
Excellent stakeholder management and decision facilitation skills.
•
Strong documentation, communication, and governance discipline.
