Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Courier located in Batu Caves. The Courier will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to designated locations promptly and securely. Duties include maintaining accurate delivery records, ensuring efficient route planning, and providing excellent customer service during interactions with recipients. The Courier will adhere to safety standards and ensure packages are handled with care throughout the delivery process.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism and effective communication during deliveries
• Familiarity or experience in Logistics Management and Transportation processes
• Ability to effectively undergo Training to learn delivery protocols and operational practices
• Experience in related industries, including Food & Beverage delivery or similar, is a plus
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Physical ability to handle packages and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and punctuality in delivery schedules
