As a
Course Facilitator, your primary responsibility is to facilitate training programs and ensure clients have a clear understanding of the concepts presented. You will serve as a bridge between the presenter and the audience, fostering an interactive and engaging learning environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Understand the client's need and facilitate the training and/or programs that meets the client's objectives.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage learners and maximize learning outcomes.
- Conduct and moderate in-person/virtual training sessions, ensuring client engagement and understanding.
- Handle event logistics (lanyards, trophies, materials), and manage program schedules.
- Update course details on the company website and ensure accurate program information.
- Proficiency of editing software is a plus for creating training and marketing materials.
Key Requirements Include
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Facilitator, Coordinator, or in a similar role. (Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply)
- Fluent in English with strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills (Proficiency in Chinese is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for learning & development.
- Keen interest in Metaphysics, Feng Shui, and personal growth.
